At Eco Ride LLC. the health of our clients, drivers and partners are at the forefront of our minds. Our entire business depends on having a safe and healthy community. We are doing our part to stay informed, inform you, and take the necessary precautions to keep our community safe. Here are the steps we’ve taken at Eco Ride LLC. to ensure safe rides for our clients and drivers.
Eco Ride continues to observe cleaning and sanitation standards that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our buses will be cleaned and disinfected frequently, but at a minimum after each trip.
Prior to beginning every shift our drivers will complete a verbal or written pre-check questionnaire to ensure they are ready and able to work.
Drivers are required to wear facial coverings during their shifts and will continue to frequently wash their hands. They also have the option to wear gloves.
Seating on our buses will be labeled and available in a pattern that will promote social distancing.
We respectfully will require all passengers to follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when inside of our buses or inside of any Eco Ride LLC. property. It is our responsibility to protect our clients and drivers and comply with local public health mandates. As such, our drivers have the right and responsibility to refuse service to passengers who are not wearing facial coverings.
Passengers are required to wear facial coverings during rides and inside any Eco Ride LLC. property and are encouraged to frequently wash their hands. Passengers who refuse to wear facial covering acceptable to our drivers can be refused service.
